HERE ARE SOME FAQ's

How far is the beach from the property?

Short walk to the beach, only 5 minutes walk away from the holiday house.

Are there any good fishing spots within the area?

Most people fish from the Rockwall at Myola, The Jetty at Callala Bay or Currarong.

Husky is a short drive or ferry we usually catch the ferry from Myola where there are museums, cafe's, markets, restaurants, the husky pub & several options for whale/dolphin cruises, diving & fishing charters.

What time is check-in and check out?

Check-in time is 3 pm on the day you arrive and checkout is 10 am on the day you leave (early check-in and late checkout only arranged by prior arrangement and confirmed in writing, group bookings for guests under 25 have a 9 am check out). Early check-in & late check out may be offered free, 3 days prior to your arrival date if there is no clash with the cleaning schedule, if previous guests are not leaving the day you arrive or the next set of guests arrive the day you leave. Early check in or late check out may be purchased at the time of booking, subject to availability.

Where do we collect the key from/drop it off to?

There is a key safe on-site, the code will be emailed to you (on the info brochure) 5-7 days prior to your arrival along with instructions for use.

What days are the bins collected?

The bins are collected on Tuesday so please put them out Monday night (or Sunday if you are leaving Sunday).

What to bring?

Essentials are sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, food, and drinks. Doona covers & pillow cases will not be supplied. Blankets, doona's and pillows along with the protectors will be provided.

Do you offer linen hire?

The linen hire needs to be confirmed and paid a week before or there may be extra charges (if we have to go back to make the beds specifically) we can't guarantee the beds will be made up.

LINEN HIRE: This includes fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels. Linen hire costs $395.

What do we supply?

We supply tea bags, instant coffee, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper & laundry detergent. If you are staying for more than 2 days or have a large group we suggest you bring further supplies. Please note we do not supply toiletries.

How many plates/crockery/glasses etc are there?

 There are more sets of plates/cutlery/glass's supplied than the number of people listed with additional plates and cutlery in the kitchenette.

Are you Pet-Friendly?

Yes, we are pet-friendly, we just ask that you let us know, keep your pets off the beds/lounges and clean up any animal waste. If any additional cleaning is required as a result of your pet then an additional cleaning fee will be taken from your deposit.

How much is the cancellation fee?

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the same amount for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Do you accept schoolies?

Schoolies will be approved on application with increased bond, maximum of 12 people & no visitors to the house​

How much is the security deposit?

The standard bond (up to 10 adults) is $500.00 More than 10 adults require a $1000 bond (for example 10 adults 3 kids). Groups under 25 years old will require a $1000.00 bond School leavers require a $2000.00 bond

When will the security deposit be refunded?

We refund the Security deposit within 14 days of check out (pending successful post stay inspection).
